I work best with people who love to stay active. You don’t need to be a competitive athlete. If movement is part of your lifestyle, you're in the right place.

The Beyond Pain Treatment Method

We’ll start with an-depth assessment of your movement health, then dig into your goals, understand your history and pin point what’s holding you back from doing what you love in the gym, on the trail, at work or with your family.

Using carefully chosen corrective exercises, combined with specified manual techniques and in-depth education, we will address each limitation uncovered during the assessment to start making headway toward a free-er, stronger, more bulletproof you!oes here

As your limitations begin to melt away, it is time turn up the heat with your rehab using functional movement patterns, loaded mobility, compound movements, while re-integrating movements/activities that used to give you pain. This is when things get real fun!

This is when your rehab program turns into a training program. We are re-building your strength, endurance, mobility and conditioning with a fully-loaded remote fitness program. At this point, you may or may not need in-person treatment.
Why I Do Not Work With Insurance
Over the years, I have found that insurance often limits what care looks like for active adults who want to move beyond pain and get back to doing what they love.
Insurance companies tend to focus on checkboxes and short-term symptom relief, not on long-term performance or quality of life. They rarely cover the full process of helping someone rebuild strength, resilience, and confidence after pain or injury.
My approach is different. I focus on what will actually help you reach your goals, not what an insurance company allows. This means we can spend more time on what matters most to you:
Building back trust in your body
Progressively improving movement and strength
Helping you stay active long-term
Reducing the risk of setbacks or reinjury
You will always get one-on-one care and a fully individualized plan. No rushed appointments. No generic protocols. No wasted time.
In short, I want to do what is best for you. Working outside of insurance allows us to do exactly that.
Pricing
Single Session: $195
I also offer a variety of package options and hybrid in-person plus remote programs. These options help reduce your overall cost per session and ensure you receive comprehensive care that supports your progress both inside and outside of the clinic.
